A Midsummer Night's Dream with incidental music by Felix Mendelssohn
Storytellers and The Irish Chamber Orchestra are collaborating to bring you this original production of A Midsummer Night's Dream which fully integrates Mendelssohn's music with Shakespeare's text.
This is an Irish Premiere of a unique production in which all the delicacy, magic and beauty of the story and the music will be completely realised.
It will be a vital theatrical event, unleashing all the poetry, all the romance and all the vigour inherent in the text and live music. The cast will be made up of 7 actors and 22 musicians.
